Above and Beyond in Difficult Situation

I had to refinance and cash out to buy out my ex on a divorce judgment I try to refinance with other companies but they made it clear if there where complications they would not give me the loan Intelliloan assured me that even if I had to go back to court and have the court sign for my ex they could fund my loan as we work on the loan and where getting closed to the end my ex started to make things difficult but Marina work very hard and went beyond the call talking to my ex to get her to understand and finally sign even when the signing date had passed she was able to work with the underwriters to extend the closing date for the loan and get it done. Without the help and hard work of Marina I don't think my loan would had closed with out me going back to court with it would had been very expensive and time consuming.
