Intelliloan is a mortgage lender based in Orange, CA. We have been in business since 1993 & are well-established in the industry. We offer a full-time training program that is well-renowned for developing some of the top professionals in the business.
As an Entry Level Mortgage Sales Associate, you will be placed into a training program that is designed to make you a licensed Home Loan Professional in less than 6 months. This role is a paid, full-time transitional position. We will provide you with complete Mortgage training, one-on-one coaching from our in-house experts, an online interactive sales training program, and everything else you need to become a mortgage professional. Throughout the program, you’ll be trained on the best techniques of building relationships and identifying benefits for people’s financial situations. Once promoted, you will be transitioned onto a sales team. Once promoted to a sales team, the income potential is $250k+/year.
Delivering excellent customer service and professionalism to our clients
Referring potentially qualified clients to our licensed specialists
Partaking in online style training and discussions
Sustain a basic to advanced understanding of the mortgage industry and various loan programs

Pay: $26.23 per hour
Bachelor’s degree
1 Year sales experience preferred
Ability to work a full-time schedule
